Pomelo Salad:
1 large pomelo, peeled & segmented
1 red chili, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp honey
1 stalk lemongrass, sliced
2 limes, squeezed
fresh coriander
Mix everything & decorate with fresh coriander.
Rheumatism pains in the joints,swellings from the falls:
Take 60-250 g of fresh pomelo skin & 30 g of fresh ginger.
Crush together & apply to the affected place.
Do this daily.
Hernia of the small intestine:
Take 9-15 grams of the seeds, crush them, add water, steam & serve.
Do this twice daily, both in the morning & in the evening.
Candied Pomelo Peel:
