RECIPES:
Eat 1-2 tbsp of berries every day.
You can add them into muesli, yogurt, porridge, salads, cakes, desserts or just eat as a trail snack.
Goji Berry Drink:
1/4 cup goji berries
2 cups pure water
Soak berries in water for 4 hours or overnight.
Blend in blender.
1/4 cup fresh blackberries, raspberries or blueberries can be added to the puree.
You can also add other fresh fruit such as apple, mango &/or banana.
Or soak the goji berries with dried dates or raisins to make the juice darker & sweeter.
Goji Berry Tea:
Take 15 berries, drop in a mug of hot water, let steep for 10 minutes or so & drink as a tea.
Keep refilling the mug 4-5 times through the day, using the same berries.
120 ml of goji juice can been taken daily for up to 30 days to improve cognition, enhance the immune system, improve vision & to improve well being, for weight loss.
