FACE STEAMING:

The steam works its magic on your skin, adding moisture & helping to cleanse your skin of impurities.
Facial steaming might help control or reduce acne breakouts in some instances. It can also boost circulation & draw blood to the surface of the skin, giving your face a warm, healthy glow.
You should do it  at least twice a month.
You can drop in some herbs: chamomile, lavender, calendula, peppermint..
First, wash your face so that your pores are free to release any impurities without built-up dirt or makeup blocking the way.
Tie your hair back & use a towel as a tent for both the bowl & your head.
The first thing you need to look out for is the water's temperature. Ideally, temperature should be at about 110F (43 C).
Slowly get closer to the steam, but don't get too close-18 inches (45 cm) is close enough. If you let too much heat get near your skin, the increased blood flow could lead to broken capillaries under your skin.
Lean your face over the steam for about 5-7 minutes. Exposing your skin to the heat for much longer or more often than once a week  can actually dry your skin out.
After steaming use some natural masks for exfoliating & moisturizing.
